This feel-good vinyasa-style session blends gentle stretches, energizing postures, and calming breathwork, all set to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Open to all levels, with modifications and options available. Bring a mat or beach towel, water, and sunscreen, and meet us on the beach in front of The Whale’s Tail. Spaces are limited, sign up in advance to reserve your spot!
